Women & Youth Empowerment

We work closely with farmers to address the needs of their local communities. We are committed to promoting higher education standards for all. In that spirit, we fund local school projects like building new dorms & libraries, water tanks & greenhouses to meet school food programs.

A new students’ dorm means increased student enrollment and more time spent on studies. Our educational projects are designed to improve social structures and empower the younger generation in supporting future security for aging farmers

We also provide farmers with year-round basic training programs that focus on bookkeeping and quality improvement that supports the phasing out of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Our training programs also double as community support networks where farmers can share resources and market intelligence.
