Coffee subscriptions have a flat, per-shipment shipping charge of $5 for just one 12oz bag.
Gift subscriptions have a flat $5 per shipment shipping charge which is included in the total listed price.
All Grand Paradé coffees are roasted to order! Our coffees are roasted and shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. For example, if an order is placed on Monday, our systems schedule that order to be roasted and shipped Tuesday; and, if an order is placed on Friday, it is scheduled to roast and ship the following Monday. On occasion, one of our delivery carriers may suspend their normal business operations. On such occasions, there may be a brief delay before your order ships.
We roast, package and ship from our Berkeley, CA roasting facility. We do not warehouse roasted coffee.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use USPS & UPS as our shipping carrier for orders within the U.S. and international orders. Please note that UPS does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays, so all times shown represent business days. To expedite delivery, please select UPS Two Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express during checkout.
First Class and USPS Priority have a stated estimated shipping time of 1-5 days, while USPS Priority Express offers a 1-2 day expedited service.

To brew a delicious cup of coffee, you need to grind fresh coffee in the right size. If you grind too fine, your brew can over extract and taste bitter. For optimal freshness of your coffee, we suggest storing your Grand Paradé coffee at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light, in its original packaging, or an airtight container. Grand Paradé coffee bags are designed with one-way degassing valves and zipper seals to lock in freshness.
One of the biggest coffee myths is the belief that coffee is best kept fresh in the fridge or freezer. Cold storage of coffee actually robs the natural moisture from the coffee, depriving the roast of its complex flavors. The levels of moisture present in the refrigerator and freezer can greatly accelerate flavor loss. We don't recommend storing beans in the refrigerator and can only recommend storage in the freezer under specific circumstances (namely long term, uninterrupted periods).

A Customizable Coffee Subscription is the most convenient way to enjoy freshly-roasted Grand Paradé Coffee. Choose your coffee, price and frequency and we automatically send your favorite, fresh coffee to your door when you want it. The program is easy to customize and you can make changes online whenever you need. You always have complete control over your Coffee Subscription orders, and we send an email reminder 10 days before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘My Subscriptions’ located within the ‘My Account’ section of the website. Changes and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date.
We offer Standard Bag (12oz), Two-Bag (24oz) and Three- Bag (36oz) options. You can choose between our Single Origins (a new single origin coffee with every shipment), or our Blend Coffees (a rotating selection of our signature blends). Each subscription order is shipped at a low-cost Flat Rate Shipping of $5.
Making a coffee subscription is easy; it can be done while browsing on our subscription page. To subscribe, simply select the Coffee Subscription option for your desired subscription-eligible coffee, your desired quantity of bags per shipment, and select your preferred shipment frequency, then check out as normal.
On joining the Grand Parade Coffee subscription program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access ‘My Grand Parade Coffee Subscriptions’ where you can manage your future coffee subscription orders and account information. We will place your coffee subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. Prior to each coffee subscription order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your coffee subscription account, such as cancellation of your subscription or confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
To edit your coffee subscription, login into your account and select “My Subscriptions”. You can then select “ship now and recalculate from today” (which will update the subsequent shipment based on the user-selected frequency), “ship now and keep schedule” (which will leave the subsequent shipment date as previously scheduled), or increase and decrease your subscription quantity using the buttons at the top of the screen. To change the shipping or billing address or to cancel, select the subscription button and click “Edit.”
If you’ve paused your subscription indefinitely and now want to resume, or you paused until a specific date and simply need to get coffee delivered to your door earlier than you had initially specified, it’s a simple process to make it happen. Head over to the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard and click on either the “Resume Subscription” button or “Resume now” link. Your coffee will be on its way on the next roast date.

Coffee is perishable and our coffees are roasted to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns on coffee.
