A blueberry forward, Organic Ethiopian coffee!. A chocolate-mousse-like viscosity holds the complexity of flavors together with grace, and a really elegant finish of vanilla and light jasmine linger in the cup. This coffee is a prime example of an experienced and attentive producer.

Larger than most farms in the area, Bedhatu employees 20 year-round workers and 130 seasonal workers (primarily women) during the harvest season. As a family owned business, emphasis on social impact in the communities where they source coffee is taking shape.
