FARMER PARTNERSHIP
Atitlan coffees are renowned for their rich and complex flavors, thanks to cool temperatures and mineral rich deposits from the Toliman and San Pedro volcanoes. This organic coffee is produced by the 160 plus members (60 are women) of the La Voz co-op. The co-op has a central wet mill that allows for quality control in processing its members coffee. This sustainably focused co-op supports its members in earning additional income from apiculture and weaving.
