Eighty year old Bedhatu Jibicho produces this spectacular Yirgacheffe coffee. A coffee veteran, Bedhatu takes great pride in managing her 84-acre farm for over 50 years. Today, she works alongside her adult children and continues to pass on her rich tradition of organic coffee production. Larger than most farms in the area, Bedhatu employees 20 year-round workers and 130 seasonal workers (primarily women) during the harvest season. As a family owned business, emphasis on social impact in the communities where they source coffee is taking shape.
