FARMER PARTNERSHIP
Coffee from Sidamo is celebrated for its intensely fruit-forward, floral and complex character. This particular Sidamo is farmed along the steep foothills of the Mendebo mountains by members of the Shilicho co-op. Here, a combination of high altitude, nutrient rich soils and agronomics, produces this exceptionally bright and clean coffee. A sustainable co-op, Shilicho is actively invested in community development projects and places emphasis on education - builds schools and provides scholarships to members' children.
