FARMER PARTNERSHIP
The Nyeri Hill Farm, one of Kenya’s earliest coffee farms has been run by the Catholic Archdiocese of Nyeri since the 1800’s. The estate’s 3,000 acres are stretched along the slopes of the Mt. Kenya. Here, mineral-rich volcanic soil combined with the estate’s double-fermentation method produces this beautifully balanced and vibrantly flavorful coffee. This mission-based coffee farm employs over 90% of its workers from the local community and provides them with subsidized healthcare and education facilities.
