High in Jamaica’s Blue Mountains grow some of the world’s rarest and most exquisite coffee. This particular Blue Mountain coffee is farmed on the Wallenford Estate, world renowned for its rich tradition of growing top quality coffee. The estate boasts about 5,000 acres sprawled across five parishes, with each processing fresh harvested cherries with the utmost care. For added quality control, the Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica inspects each bean and only certifies coffee as Blue Mountain if it meet its rigorous quality standards.
