INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS
How to Order

Confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag or name at the bottom of any page. Start shopping! When you check out, your financial transaction and shipment will be processed. You'll see an order total, including shipping costs. Any applicable duties and taxes are excluded from the total and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. If you are shipping to a U.S. or an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular Checkout process.

Exchange Rates

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by the payment processor and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Exchange rates for grandparadecoffee.com are updated by the payment processors every day. You'll receive a message if exchange rates have been updated while you're shopping.

Duties & Taxes

International duties, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and is the responsibility of the buyer at country of destination.
Some international destinations charge duties and taxes at the time of order delivery (COD). If this is the case, you will be required to pay duties and taxes, along with any collection fees, to the shipping carrier upon receipt. The order total may differ from what is quoted online at Checkout. If the due charges are not paid COD, the merchandise will be returned back to Grand Parade and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.

Currently, grandparadecoffee.com supports Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, PayPal®, PayPal Express®, and more with additional payment options coming soon. Payment methods vary by destination; you'll see all your options during Checkout.

Shipping Options & Charges

International shipping costs will be calculated online based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination. Unfortunately, Grand Parade can't offer free shipping to international destinations. International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. Grand Parade can't ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.

Shipping Timeline

Once your transaction is complete, Grand Parade will process and ship your item within 1-2 business days. Most in-stock items will arrive 5-13 business days after receipt of your order. You'll see a shipping range specific to your destination in Checkout. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you choose to return international orders, you will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs. All returned orders must be presented in sellable condition. Orders of coffee - roasted and unroasted green - cannot be returned due to health codes. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 30 days to resolve the issue.

Promotions & Merchandise Exceptions

International orders are not eligible for: Free Shipping; Free Returns and Merchandise Exchanges; and Buy Online, Pick Up in Store. Grand Parade Gift Cards cannot be sold or redeemed internationally at this time.

Customs Clearance

We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of delays. However, please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that may cause delays in delivery estimates.
