This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination. Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Grand Parade Coffee cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance. The purchaser's approval is needed to complete shipment.* If you would like to have your online order shipped within the USA, but Billed to an international address, please shop as a US customer and enter the appropriate billing information at checkout. *Applies to international orders placed by phone. Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact us at (1) 510-730-0447 or email customer service.  (International long distance charges will apply to this call). Our customer service team will process your return and email you an authorization form that must be printed and enclosed with your return. If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and in the same currency. Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of green and roasted coffees presented after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Returns of green un-roasted coffee and roasted coffee and sale merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original purchase. 

Duty & Tax

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and is the responsibility of the buyer at country of destination.

Q: Can my order be delivered internationally?

A: Yes. We are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in over 50 countries and territories. International shoppers now get the benefit of seeing product prices in their local currency, guaranteed order totals, cost-effective international shipping, and much more. 

Q: How will I know how much my order will cost?

A: Add items to your cart and check out. We calculate and display the order total in your preferred currency, including shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the United States to your selected international destination. Any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination will be the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.

Q: Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

A: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be due and payable at the country of destination on delivery.

Q: How much does international shipping cost?

A: International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. 

Q: When am I billed?

A: Your credit card will be billed at the time you place your order. 

Q: How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Q: Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?

A: If for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, we will notify you during the checkout process.

Q: Do you ship to US military addresses (APO/FPO)?

A: Orders shipping to US military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.

Q: Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?

A: Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally-shipped orders.

Q: What is your return policy for international orders?
