ROAST PROFILE

How it tastes? A bountifully fruity cup from the very best Colombian coffee. Bright maraschino cherries and juicy clementine flavors round up the fruit notes in taste and acidity.
Honey and butterscotch mid-notes and a bold, creamy chocolate mouthfeel bring dimension to the fruit notes. The cup is silky smooth.
Full-bodied Colombian with a big aroma of sweet brown sugar folded in with dried fruit. Brews an absolute dream espresso when roasted darker.

Recommended Roast: Medium - Espresso. Medium roast develops dark berry and cherry flavor impressions. Bold layers of dark chocolate and toffee balance the cup.
This coffee boasts supremo beans, size 17/18, that take on heat real well. The moisture content suggests a sugar-biased density.
We recommend a long Maillard and post-crack development to caramelize sugars, soften acidity and enhance chocolate base-notes.
