The aroma is intense and the taste pleasing. The brew is crisp yet smooth and wonderful acidic.
Recommended Roast: Medium - Dark. Medium roast extracts aromas of fresh plum, accents of pomegranate and cocoa.

Dark roast develops layers of sticky toffee, blackberry jam and soft caramel-marshmallowy notes

This high elevation, AA bean (16/17) takes heat well and produces a vibrant and bold cup.
