ROAST PROFILE
|
How it tastes? Fruit notes buoyed by sweetness float across the palate with a lingering, smooth body. Smells of pure chocolate, honey, and vanilla fill the cup - aromatic, refined and juicy.
Complex peach and plum notes are matched with an soft apple-like acidity held together by a wonderful nougat and brown sugar sweetness. Accent notes of berry and orange offset a lovely chocolate body.
Full-bodied and smooth, this coffee's finish is clean and balanced with a pleasing almond brittle aroma.

Recommended Roast: Medium - Dark
Medium roast develops a buttery sweetness and a nutty finish. More like almond brittle candy with an apple-like acidity that pops as the coffee cools
Dark roast develop heavier chocolate tones and a creamy, rich mouthfeel. To accentuate more sweetness and temper the acidity, lower the gas before first crack or shorten roast development.
This coffee is responsive and cooperative - takes on heat nicely and cruises through the Maillard phase.
