This high-grown, organic Mexico coffee shows off a brisk citrus acidity, a delicate body and a very pleasant dryness – like that of a fine white wine. The cup is clean and well balanced with light nut and fruit notes.
Our organic Mexican coffee is farmed on the Las Vergel Estate that sits along the mountainous highlands in Chiapas. Here, coffee trees grow under a natural forest canopy that provides essential organic nutrients & shade.
