Perched high in the mountains of Tarrazu, La Minita coffee is produced with an unmatched attention to detail. This coffee is grown under a canopy of shade trees and processed in-house. Every aspect of farming and processing is supervised. Each harvest is combed through for quality cherries at optimal maturity, free of blemishes and defects. As with coffee, the estate also cares for its local community. La Minita provides its workers with free housing and medical care. A cup of La Minita reflects sustainability.
